I received the wristbands for the event (I hope 200 is enough...!)
For those who don't know yet, we have a PA system now that will be provided for us for free!

After the 707 Music Festival ends at 7:00PM, attendees will be asked to somehow obtain a bottle or a cup of some thing to drink (NON-alcoholic, please!). We will gather again at the front of the stage, and the NANA DAY staff members will lead a giant kanpai when the clock hits 7:07 PM!

This will mark the official end of the event.

We will be taking a group photo after wards.

For those who can and wants to stay late, the staff members and crew will be having dinner (at a place that has yet to be determined) and some drinks-- join us, please!

* NOTE: We will try to pass out drinks to people, but we highly recommend that you will be armed with your own!

Anyone have a fold-out, portable table?

We need one!

Everything for NANA Day is a GO!

We've secured the outdoor stage in the Village Plaza today, and we will be having our Music Festival! Hooray!

The only thing is, I am paying for this stage. Which means, there will be an event fee for the attendees-- I am asking people to pay $2 each.
If people DONATE more than $5, they will get a special pass that will guarantee them a little more special treatments during the event... :) For example, I will make sure they are at the front of the stage during the concert, or if they are a cosplayer, they will have extra photos taken of them (and they will be awesome photos, to let you know!), etc.

Tomorrow, there will be a GENERAL MEETING!
I will be in Little Tokyo, in Weller's Court (where Kinokuniya Bookstore is) starting at 1pm to meet with another staff member, and any other staff members who will show up. Everyone else are more than welcome to come and say hello and talk to me. I will be sitting at the tables there.
I will probably be there until 2:30PM or so.
